RN Administrator  

Job Overview:

8:00 am - 4:30pm.

Elite Home Care and Day Centers are currently seeking a RN Administrator for our location in FLORENCE,SC. The Administrator will be responsible for following regulatory guidelines and following operational procedures for Medical Adult Day Center. They will facilitate communication and organize work processes among various disciplines of employees to ensure that services are delivered in an organized and high quality manner. The Administrator will be required to conduct tours with prospective members/family and conduct Care assessments for potential clients. They shall provide orientation and regular in-service/training for employees. Perfect for the RN that is tired of shift work. No holidays. No weekends!

Experience/Requirements :

• RN (required)
• Experience managing a Staff and Budget oversight (preferred)
• Nursing Management experience (preferred)
• Medication Administration, G-tubes
• Current CPR Certification (preferred)
• Experience caring for Older Adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and dementia diagnoses (preferred)
• Experience caring for Special Needs Adults (preferred)
• Salary based on experience
