Ideal Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA)/PCA - Live-In Caregiver to join our team! As a live-in caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, in-home care services.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA)/PCA - Live-In Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our clients in their homes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing medication management and administration

• Assisting with meals and snacks

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment

• Providing emotional support and companionship

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, in-home care services to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the nurse and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

• Assist with household tasks and errands as needed

Requirements:

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent PCA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances
