Twotrees Technologies is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Director of Change Management to help lead organizational transformation and drive strategic initiatives across the company. This is an opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership, influence enterprise-wide change, and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

The Director of Change Management plays a critical role in driving and managing organizational change initiatives. This role reports directly to the executive team and collaborates closely with various teams to ensure successful change implementation and alignment with strategic objectives. Expertise and leadership will be essential in guiding the company through transformative periods. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence organizational alignment across multiple departments while driving meaningful business transformation.
- Successfully lead enterprise-wide change initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
- Build trusted partnerships with executive leadership and cross functional teams.
- Foster organizational readiness and employee engagement throughout transformational initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new processes and organizational improvements.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement during organizational changes.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes and develop appropriate change management strategies and communication plans.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to successful change implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the change process, ensuring clarity and understanding of the change objectives and expected outcomes.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Develop and deliver change management training programs to build change readiness and capability within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management, applying relevant insights to enhance change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Five or more years of progressive experience leading change management, organizational development, business transformation, or related initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Approximately 20% domestic travel.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while attending meetings, facilitating workshops, and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, preparing presentations, and utilizing standard office technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in group settings, including delivering presentations and facilitating meetings.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, reports, organizational data, and presentation materials for extended periods.
- Ability to move throughout office locations to collaborate with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams as needed.
- Ability to travel domestically as required to support organizational initiatives and business operations.
- Successful execution of change initiatives within specified timelines and budgets.
- Positive feedback from employees regarding their understanding and acceptance of the changes.
- Improved employee engagement and adoption of new processes or technologies.
