About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Installations for commercial foodservice equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of installation technicians, managing the installation schedule across multiple projects, and ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. The Head of Installations will also be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency, and reducing costs. Applicants for the Head of Installations position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial kitchen equipment installation or a closely related field, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar capacity. The role demands a candidate with strong problem-solving skills, a calm and authoritative presence on the job site, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and an OSHA 62 Supervisor Site Safety Certification, or the willingness to obtain it, are also required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at working with diverse teams, and be dedicated to the continuous development of their staff.
