Schedule: Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status. Call: Shared equally Benefits: Sign-on Incentives Student Loan Repayment Relocation PTO & CME Allocation Malpractice Insurance (Incl. Tail) Health/Dental/Vision Retirement (403b & 457b) Requirements: Completion of a graduate program. Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
