Overview The AMS Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $18.04 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $27,500 and $72,000. Compensation & Bonuses Current offerings include: Up to $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus potential* (up to $1,000 paid after forty‑five days and up to $1,000 paid after six months of employment) Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience* (up to $1,000 paid after forty‑five days and up to $1,000 paid after six months of employment) Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience* (up to $500 paid after forty‑five days and up to $500 paid after six months of employment) The asterisks refer to the payment milestones outlined above. Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
