Location: Southern New Jersey, Jersey Shore & Eastern Pennsylvania
Office: Mount Laurel, NJ (Monthly Meetings)
Compensation: Commission-Based | First-Year Earnings Potential: $80,000–$120,000+

We're looking for motivated Sales & Design Consultants who enjoy working with homeowners, building relationships, and creating beautiful, functional spaces.
This is NOT a remote position.
This is a field-based sales position . Consultants travel to scheduled in-home appointments throughout Southern New Jersey, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia, and Eastern Pennsylvania , work from a home office to prepare designs and proposals, and attend monthly meetings at our Mount Laurel, NJ showroom .
Applicants must live within or near our service area.
What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners for company-provided in-home consultations
- Design custom organization solutions
- Prepare proposals and close sales
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Manage your schedule and grow your business

- Sales experience with strong closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and organized
- Interest in home design or space planning
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout our service area
- Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule
