General Production WorkerJob Title: General Production Worker - 1st and 3rd shift available! Start immediately!ResponsibilitiesLoad parts from containers to the production line.Conduct visual inspections of coated parts.Unload parts from fixtures.Maintain lot control integrity.Report any part or coating defects.Report abnormalities in spray line operations.Assist in the setup or changeover of spray lines.Support other spray line operators.Participate in the training of new personnel.Maintain workspace housekeeping and cleanliness.Adhere to company policies.Load parts into customer-supplied containers.Load boxes onto skids.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, and unloading/loading.Ability to work effectively on a production line.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Why Work Here?We offer full-time employees benefits such as a 401k plan with matching, health insurance, paid time off, and the opportunity to participate in a referral program.
