Compensation:

• Pay includes commission plus tips (based on a target of six pets per day) - ranging from $300 - $550 per day including commission and tips
• $200 bonus for client referrals
• $500 bonus for employee referrals

Responsibilities:

At Bark and Mane, we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets!

• You can focus on providing one-on-one care to pets while working independently in our grooming vans.
• Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house team that handles scheduling, van maintenance, and van cleaning so you can groom.
• Fall in love with grooming all over again - with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.

Requirements:

• No degree is required; looking for an experienced groomer with deep experience
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• A team player with great customer service and communication skills
• Driving record to be reviewed
• Complete a background check

Our 7-Day Hiring Process:

• A phone call / phone screen within 24 hours
• Ride-along with an experienced groomer within 5 days
• An offer letter—and in person meeting with the owner—within 7-10 days
