EP Tech / Radiology Tech | Travel Contract

Location: Portland, OR

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts

Hours: 36 Hours Guaranteed

Responsibilities:

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor electrophysiology procedures including diagnostic mappings, pacemaker/ICD implants, and cardiac ablations.

• Assist electrophysiologists during EP procedures.

• Operate specialized 3D mapping systems, recording equipment, and fluoroscopy imaging systems.

• Maintain accurate real-time documentation using Epic EMR.

• Track inventory and support procedural workflow requirements.

• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure patient safety standards are maintained.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary cardiac care teams.

• Support efficient workflow within the electrophysiology laboratory.

• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Remain assigned within the EP specialty unit without floating requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience as an EP Tech or Radiology Technologist in an Electrophysiology Lab.

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic EP studies, pacemaker/ICD implants, and cardiac ablations.

• Experience operating fluoroscopy and EP mapping equipment.

• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and patient safety practices.
