Summary

\n

The Resource Management Analyst will work closely with Project Managers, business leaders, and team members to monitor resource allocation, analyze trends, maintain accurate reports, and provide insights that support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to identify opportunities to improve resource management processes and overall operational performance.

Work Arrangement: On-site position

\n

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support resource planning, allocation, and utilization tracking to ensure resources are aligned with project and business needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate resource management data, reports, and documentation.
\n
• Monitor resource availability, capacity, and utilization, identifying potential gaps, conflicts, and opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Prepare and update recurring reports, dashboards, and metrics to support resource planning and management decisions.
\n
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve resource utilization and operational efficiency.
\n
• Collaborate with Project Managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather resource requirements and communicate updates.
\n
• Assist with forecasting resource demand and identifying potential staffing or capacity constraints.
\n
• Validate data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring reports and resource records are reliable and up to date.
\n
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting processes, and enhance resource management practices.
\n
• Provide administrative and analytical support for resource management initiatives and other operational activities as needed.
\n
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

\n

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in resource management, business operations, project coordination, data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management, analysis, and reporting.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation.
\n
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.
\n
• Ability to build positive working relationships with Project Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
\n
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, follow through on assignments, and identify process improvement opportunities.
\n
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and resource management processes.
