What You'll Be DoingAs a Bartender at Vibrissa Beer and Kitchen, you’ll be at the heart of the action, crafting delicious drinks and delivering exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including our award-winning craft beers.
- Engaging with guests to provide a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
We’re seeking a Bartender with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- A solid understanding of bartending techniques and drink preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A passion for craft beer and food is a big plus!
