Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Assignment
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $72/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,520 (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: Up to $1,939 (for qualified travelers)
Overtime: Available after 40 hours worked
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Day Shift
Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours per Week

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care, helping patients improve mobility, restore function, manage pain, and achieve their treatment goals through evidence-based therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients and family members on treatment objectives and home exercise programs.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
Ensure adherence to facility policies, safety standards, and professional practice guidelines.
Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
Minimum one year of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
