General Summary of Job DutiesProvides general front desk coverage including greeting Team Members & applicants, answering, and directing incoming calls, maintaining supplies and reception area appearance as well as mail distribution. This position also provides a variety of administrative duties in support of the Human Resources department and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. This role is very diverse and requires the ability to multi-task, take independent initiative, properly organize and prioritize meeting deadlines while managing competing priorities. Must embrace a strong customer service mentality and function with a high degree of professionalism. This position is employed by Silverton and operates within a shared services model, providing human resources support to affiliated entities as assigned. Responsibilities may include supporting HR operations for Giant Nut Productions while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.Principle Responsibilities and DutiesSupport HR functions for both Silverton and BattleBots, balancing priorities and ensuring consistent delivery of HR services in alignment with organizational standards.Serve as the first point of contact for the HR office.Support HR processes across the full Team Member lifecycle, delivering consistent and positive employee experience.Provide support on Team Member Relations matters, escalating complex issues as appropriate.Serve as a subject matter expert for Paycom and Gusto, guiding Team Members and leaders while promoting employee self-service functionality.Responsible for follow-up actions and ongoing inquiries, ensuing processes are completed to a high standard and in time for payroll cut-off.Work closely with HR colleagues to drive consistently, improve processes and gain efficiency.Work with the Talent team to guide the applicants through the onboarding process and manage efficiently to provide great candidate experience.Ensure accuracy of HR data, including job classifications, employee records, and system entries.Ensure all Team Members have role-specific appropriate work cards upon hire, including documentation for eligibility to work in the United States.Make appropriate decisions and use own judgement on work prioritization, ensuring expectations on service delivery can be met.Works within data management guidelines, managing people data requests and the confidentiality of data.Contributes to wider projects and initiatives within HR, driving process improvements, automation and efficienciesGeneral Job Responsibilities and Duties:Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards.Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following Silverton Values:Character: Always do the right thing and treat everyone with dignity and respect.Collaboration: Celebrate diverse ideas, thoughts and talents.Care: Be KIND to yourself and each other.Fun: Our guests are here to have FUN, so we should have FUN, too!Excellence: Be Amazing!Skills, Education & Other Requirements1-3 years of work experience, preferably as an HR coordinator, Generalist, or similar.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Required Work CardsGamingIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesMachinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware UsedMicrosoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPointPaycom #J-18808-Ljbffr
