Crossroads Animal Shelter is searching for an Adoption Services Representative to join our team. Position Summary Reporting to the Shelter Operations Supervisor, the Adoption Services Representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing information, resources, and services information. Responsibilities Help match pets with people Provide medical and behavior history Process Adoptions Answer phones and reply to emails Provide service and resource information for the public Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns Document and update customer records Qualifications Ability to build rapport with clients Work well with a team Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Basic computer and internet skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hours of Operation REQUIRED SHIFTS: Thursday 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM Starting $15.00 per hour Discounts on Veterinary Care & Procedures /Adoption/ Pet Food and Supplies By appointment only #J-18808-Ljbffr Crossroadsshelter
