Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Demolition Foreman/Supervisor for an immediate start!
LONG-TERM PROJECT WITH TEMP-TO-HIRE POTENTIAL FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!
- PAY: $22-$25/hour (based upon experience)
- HOURS: 40 hours 6 am to 2:30 pm
- SCHEDULE: Expected work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 40 hours/week
- START DATE: 07/13/2026
- DURATION: 2-month contract with possible Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Demo Foreman/Supervisor Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Demo Foreman/Supervisor to oversee the removal of sliding glass doors and door frames at a 200-unit apartment complex. This position will be responsible for supervising a crew of 2-4 workers, tracking completed units, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. The foreman must be capable of performing demolition work alongside the crew when needed while maintaining daily oversight of operations.
Qualifications for Demo Foreman/Supervisor:
- Previous demolition and crew leadership experience required
- Experience removing doors, door frames, windows, or similar building components
- Ability to supervise and coordinate 2-4 workers on an active jobsite
- Ability to track work progress, completed rooms, and daily production
- Must be capable of performing hands-on demolition work as needed
- Must be able to safely use hand and power tools including crowbars, sledgehammers, and demolition tools
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: steel-toe work boots, safety glasses, a hard hat, gloves, and a safety vest.
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, walking, carrying tools, bending, lifting, and performing demolition activities throughout the workday

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
