IT Enterprise Architect

Integrated DNA Technologies, a Danaher operating company, seeks an IT Enterprise Architect to define and govern enterprise-wide technology architecture across applications, data, integration, cloud, and AI platforms. The role provides strategic leadership to align technology investments with business objectives while ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps across multiple domains
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on technology investments and modernization trade-offs
• Provide architectural leadership for major programs, ensuring alignment to strategy and standards
• Establish and operate architecture governance forums and decision-making processes
• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate priorities into capability-based architectures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or platform strategy experience
• Ability to create and govern standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional decisions
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate trade-offs and risks
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate preferred)
• Background in large-scale modernization and cloud transformation programs
