Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, display, and emerging channels . This is a highly hands‑on role for a performance marketer who understands how to drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing efficiency, and scale DTC growth through data‑driven decision‑making. What You’ll Do Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, display, and emerging platforms Develop and optimize full‑funnel campaigns supporting product launches, evergreen products, promotions, and brand initiatives Manage campaign performance, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation Drive improvements across ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, LTV, and contribution margin Manage media budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting Build structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies Partner closely with creative and brand teams to develop high‑performing ad creative, messaging, and landing pages Translate performance insights into actionable creative briefs and recommendations Collaborate across brand, email, influencer, social, CRM, analytics, and PR to support integrated 360° campaigns Identify and test new channels, audiences, formats, and strategies to unlock incremental growth What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, growth marketing, or a related digital marketing role Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Strong understanding of DTC customer acquisition, audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing Highly analytical with experience using performance data to make actionable decisions Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, CRM, and automation tools Strong creative instincts and experience partnering with creative teams on performance‑driven content Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Nice to Have Experience scaling DTC brands Beauty, skincare, wellness, cosmetics, retail, or CPG experience Shopify and eCommerce analytics experience Experience managing agencies or external partners Strong A/B testing and attribution experience This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on performance marketer who loves testing, optimizing, and finding new ways to drive scalable growth in a fast‑moving consumer environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
