Regional Director Of Clinical Services - LTC/SNF
Located throughout the Northeast Ohio region
Salary: $110K-$120K per year (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Consult with facility on an as needed basis through visits, phone calls, off site record review and response to requests from facility leadership
- Provide consultation during unusual or serious events
- Provide onsite consultation as needed during regulatory surveys and during the plan of correction period
- Consult with facility as needed on topics such as program development, physician recruitment, referral relationships and requirements, five-star ratings, competency evaluation and staff education needs
Qualifications:
- Must have a current Ohio RN License
- Must have experience in long-term care as a Regional Nurse
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have a strong clinical background
- Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions
