Sr. Manager UX Design, Sponsored Products and Brands

We are looking for a strategic and inspiring Sr. Manager, UX Design to lead a multi-disciplinary design team delivering exceptional user experiences across complex, cross-functional product areas. In this role, you will set the design vision, build and develop a high-performing team, and partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to create customer-centric solutions that are simple, elegant, and impactful at scale.You operate at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical boundaries — bringing clarity and cohesion to ambiguous, high-stakes design challenges. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
