If you're a hunter, not a waiter, this is your kind of sales role. If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales — and know how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close deals — we want to talk to you. With most of your pipeline coming from door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory development, supplemented by company-generated, warm leads through our in-house R3 marketing system, this opportunity offers some security and lucrative earnings for above-average, motivated sales professionals. We're looking for competitive, quota-driven individuals who thrive on the chase, aren't afraid to earn their business, and are motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
Get full company training, coaching, and a real path to grow your career
What You Bring
2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success — home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
Comfort prospecting and building your own business — not just working leads handed to you
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps
Compensation & Perks
Base salary (no draw) + commission
