Travel MRI Technologist - $3,029 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a summer contract in La Jolla, California. Assignment Overview Start date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hour evening shifts (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), 5 days a week with one overnight on‑call shift per week Employment type: travel Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations on patients following all safety and quality protocols. Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning. Assist technologists with IV starts, venipuncture, and patient positioning. Document findings and maintain patient records. Qualifications ARRT (MRI) certification required. Current BLS certification required. CRT (California Radiologic Technology) certificate required. CA Venipuncture certification required. Proficiency with IV starts required. Licensed as an Audiologist/Technologist if applicable. Full 7‑year work history with all gaps explained. Two professional references from within the past 2 years.
