This includes administering medications and treatments, supervising direct care staff, making clinical decisions within scope of practice, and ensuring care is delivered according to physician orders and resident care plans.Reporting: This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily rounds to assess residents and monitor care deliveryAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersDevelop and update resident care plans with the interdisciplinary teamAssign and supervise direct care staff during the shiftProvide staff orientation, coaching, and performance feedbackEnsure accurate and timely documentation in EMRCommunicate significant changes to physicians, families, and supervisorsMaintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, OSHA, and regulatory standardsAssist with survey readiness and quality improvement initiativesEducation and License RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent, active RN or LVN license in the state of WashingtonExperienceExperience in long-term care preferredSupervisory experience preferredQualifications & SkillsStrong clinical assessment and leadership skillsKnowledge of geriatric nursing and regulatory requirementsAbility to supervise, delegate, and motivate staffStrong communication and documentation skillsProficient in EMR systemsPhysical & Working ConditionsSkilled Nursing Facility environmentFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs independently)Exposure to a 24-hour care setting serving elderly and medically complex residentsHow to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form.Please ensure you:Answer all application questionsUpload your professional license and any relevant documentsWe look forward to reviewing your application! #J-18808-Ljbffr
