Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across an inpatient medical/surgical and acute rehabilitation unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Manage a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment plans within a 10-bed unit setting
• Utilize Cerner and NetHealth EHR systems for documentation and patient care coordination
• Float between inpatient and acute rehab unit (ARU) as needed
• Demonstrate strong time management and flexibility while functioning as a collaborative team member

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license as required by state
• PTA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Compact license not applicable — non-compact state
• Education must meet state licensure requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute rehabilitation or inpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with geriatric and adult patient populations
• Adaptable, willing to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic clinical environment
