Required experience includes:~15 years or more of relevant talent acquisition experience in financial services organizations, as well as people management ~Proven track record of driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, and heavy leadership and advisory and partnershipIn this role, you will: * Serve as the senior Talent Acquisition advisor to the Investments business. * Partner closely with the Head of Asset Management and Investment COO on workforce strategy, organizational priorities, and critical hiring needs. * Lead select executive and senior leadership searches while overseeing a team responsible for 100+ experienced-hire placements annually. * Develop talent strategies across asset management, fixed income, wealth management, private markets, and institutional investment businesses. * Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiting professionals. * Drive strategic initiatives spanning executive search, employer branding, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and AI-enabled talent acquisition.The leadership team is seeking a new member who can operate as a true influencer and business partner.
