Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a top client. This role is responsible for performing detailed accounting, reconciliation, and analytical duties to ensure receivable accounts are accurately maintained.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting, accounts receivable, and reconciliation activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain attorney receivable accounts and serve as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyze supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment and account reconciliation issues.
• Post ACH, wire, check, and other accounting transactions accurately within Sage 100 ERP.
• Utilize Excel to reconcile outstanding items, research variances, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support accounts receivable operations through data entry, payment processing, bank deposits, and account maintenance activities.
• Assist with remittance processing, cost and fee uploads, and other accounting duties to support overall department operations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of financial/accounting/AR experience
• Strong Excel skills (Intermediate Excel test required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors or Associates Degree required; preferably Finance/Accounting  
• Sage 100 ERP (preferred, NOT required)
