ServiceNow Architect

Overview The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT service management across the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business processes. Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements. Oversee system integration efforts with other platforms and tools within the organization. Customize and configure ServiceNow to enhance usability and optimize performance. Conduct assessments of existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend best practices and improvements. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams on ServiceNow capabilities and architecture. Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features, identifying opportunities for leveraging advancements. Ensure compliance with security standards and data integrity across ServiceNow applications. Security, Citizenship, and Experience Active Secret clearance is required. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship due to agency and contract requirements. 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture and development. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow. Experience with ServiceNow module implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
