To Discover more, please visit our website at Location Englewood Cliffs, NJ Responsibilities Prepare and respond to reports based on requests from LG Electronics customers, with task allocation and direction from the team manager Analyze chassis utilization status and manage overall usage efficiency Maintain and track the Claim List, ensuring timely progress updates and resolution Collect and manage supporting documents for claims from shipping lines, carriers, and warehouse operations Register and manage non-conformance cases in the system, including monitoring the status of non-conformance and claim records All other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
