Sr. Project Commercialization Manager

Overview TheSr. Project CommercializationManagerwillmanagetheexecution of projects in a CPG/food manufacturing spacewith an emphasis on growth portfolio. This individual will alsobe responsible forproviding project leadership to drive successful business outcomes through overseeing timelines, budget, and deliverables of complex, high-impact projects.The successful candidate willcollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders (internal and external),demonstratethe ability to create and communicate clarity to the team,demonstratecritical thinking skills, and coordinate project teams to drive results. Responsibilities Responsible for project managementofcomplex, high-impact projects;inclusive of overseeing timeline,budget,resourcesand risk management. Facilitatestheinitiation, planning, execution,and closure process. Coordinatesand manageswork teams consisting of project team members andinternal/external stakeholders. Accountable for achieving project milestones. Able to effectively escape issues and requests foradditionalsupport. Conductsregular risk assessments and adaptsproject plans as necessary. Communicatesstatus of projectstoproject stakeholders. Leadsproject closing activities, including transition planning and execution, allowing for the sharing of best practices and key learnings. Facilitates decision making withinproject team and stakeholders. Contributesto program goals,objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational priorities. Assistsproject owner in chartering the projectand documentation of requirements,inclusive of testing and qualification of solutions that link back to the project requirements in the scope of deliverables. Managesproject budget,includingforecast andactualstrackingof expenditures. Supportschange managementprocess. Accountable forproject gating procedure bymaintainingall documentation for projects. Assistsinfacilitatingthe Stage Gate meeting,inclusive of preparing documentation and co-leading the meeting. Identifies,recommendsand leadsopportunities for process improvement. Facilitatesthe set-up of all commercialization master data, working with Master Data Management, R&D, Procurement, Finance,and Salesteam members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencerequired. 4-6years of relevant experience in a project management role, preferably in a CPG/food manufacturing environment. PMP certificationpreferred. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft project and Visio.
