Location:

Atlanta, Georgia - This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work alongside an experienced litigation team in a collaborative office environment.

Note:

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Personal injury experience is welcomed but not required. No solo practice experience will be considered for this role.

Job Description

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and experts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
• Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow as a litigator.
