Overview Teller - Member Service Representative at CES Credit Union in Coshocton, OH is a part-time role to join our team. We are seeking a customer service-focused individual who values contributions and provides quality service to members. Responsibilities Serve as the initial contact for customers and make a positive first impression. Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Provide information about available products and services and cross-sell when appropriate. Follow all credit union policies and procedures and monitor for potential security risks. Contribute to member relationships by treating customers as people, not numbers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service and cash-handling experience Proficiency with computers and office equipment Strong math skills Additional attributes: effective time management, attentive listening, organization, detail-orientation, integrity, and professionalism. Work Schedule This part-time position averages 27–29 hours per week, with hours Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
