Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Creating and implementing effective treatment plans based on individual client goals and preferences. \n
- Providing individual therapy through various modalities tailored to enhance emotional well-being, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies. \n
- Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and documenting all sessions meticulously to maintain ethical standards. \n
- Conducting follow-up appointments and utilizing teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for all clients. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and tools. \n

Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must hold:

- A valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD. \n
- A Bachelor’s Degree, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interaction. \n
- Empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to treatment. \n
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a diverse caseload. \n
Preferred candidates will have experience in providing evidence-based therapies and a demonstrated ability to work with clients who have complex needs. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as you will need to navigate client documentation and billing processes efficiently. Experience providing teletherapy services is also advantageous, given our commitment to accessibility.
