Scope of services may include site planning, environmental analysis, storm drainage studies, wetlands enhancement, permit coordination, and design of site grading, drainage, storm detention, utilities, access roads, parking facilities, and public street improvements.In addition to typical site development engineering, our civil group serves as a prime consultant to government clients for management and design of transportation, waterfront, site improvements, and major utility projects.Our engineers work in dynamic teams with open communication and strong support from senior-level mentors. Established in Los Angeles in 1968, KPFF supports the most exciting projects that define the region, and reshape numerous neighborhoods and communities, from the beaches on the Westside to the deserts in the East.KPFF's surveying team provides land surveying and mapping for projects of all sizes throughout Southern California. Our scope includes construction staking, ALTA land title surveys, boundary, topographic and aerial surveys, Condominium Plans, Vertical Airspace Maps, Parcel Maps, Tract Maps, legal descriptions and laser scanning services. The expected Salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 depending on education, experience, and licensure. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
