Mental Health Worker

Schedule:2nd Shift Full-Time (40 hours/week): 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM on a rotating bi-weekly schedule, working Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with every other weekend off.

Earn $16.75/hour

Position Details

Our Mental Health Workers support individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year experience in mental health/human services preferred.
