Join us to help create a sustainable future. About the Role As an Inside Shipper, you will efficiently pack or package a wide variety of products and materials by hand. With proficiency as an Inside Shipper 2 and mastery of 16 shipping skills, you will be prepared to advance to Inside Shipper 3. Responsibilities Pack and package products and materials by hand, adhering to quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the efficient flow of goods. Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and operational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Shipper 2 and knowledge of 16 key shipping skills. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Capacity to work on a swing shift schedule.
