What We Offer: Shareholder track. 3-year guaranteed salary. Your success is in your hands No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K on average. 4 weeks paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder. 9 paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME. Profit sharing: % based on years in practice, not solely with Esse Health 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years. 401k with match. Sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and may also be eligible for retention bonus. Practice Details: Work alongside established Physician partners with Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff. Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists. Select a community environment that fits your lifestyle: St. Louis region opportunities in Missouri and Illinoisincluding rural, urban, and suburban settings. Monday - Friday clinic hours. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Initial Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work. Call: phone only, light and typically triaged first. See 16-20 patients per day on average. Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care. Opportunities for professional development and teaching. Provide evidence-based and value-based care. Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided. NextGen EMR. AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available.

Requirements: MD or DO. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA). Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri.
