Axis Auto Group is hiring experienced Automotive Sales Consultants for Axis Chevrolet and Axis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Jersey City, NJ. Bring your dealership sales experience, follow-up discipline, and ability to turn customer conversations into vehicle deliveries.

PAY, BENEFITS AND SCHEDULE

- $400 weekly base pay plus commissions. Commission earnings vary based on sales performance.

- Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, demo/employee vehicle program, and GM and Stellantis factory training.

- Full-time, on-site: a five-day workweek with rotating Saturdays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles from first contact through delivery.

- Respond to internet, phone, and showroom customers and maintain consistent follow-up in VinSolutions.

- Understand customer needs, present suitable vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives.

- Work with the sales desk and finance team to keep the purchase and delivery process organized.

- Maintain accurate CRM notes, appointments, and follow-up tasks.

- Work toward monthly sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience.

- Build repeat business and referrals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least two years of automotive dealership sales experience, including new and used vehicles.

- A demonstrated sales record and strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.

- Comfort using VinSolutions or a similar CRM and digital retailing tools.

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
