RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - BACK OF HOUSE

Job Overview Back of House Team Member – responsible for cross‑training and working in several kitchen stations (prep, dish, garnish, grill) to prepare sandwiches and salads. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Responsibilities Cross‑train in multiple kitchen stations, prepare sandwiches and salads, maintain a clean and efficient work environment, and deliver excellent guest service while selling the brand’s “happy” experience. Required Qualifications 18 years of age or older Excellent personality and hospitable attitude Strong desire to help people and sell “happy” Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $20–$25 /hr, including tips, with all team members participating in the tip pool. All team members are paid bi‑weekly.
