Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support

Position Overview Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support will serve as a key partner between Finance/Accounting and cross‑functional teams. This role is responsible for leading month‑end close activities, developing accurate forecasts, preparing detailed variance analyses, and presenting budget updates to leadership. Responsibilities Lead and execute month‑end close processes, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and consolidated financial review within fast‑paced deadlines. Maintain weekly financial forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives. Develop automated reporting and scorecards to improve visibility of KPIs and variances. Oversee end‑to‑end budget process, acting as interface between the Finance department and internal business units; partner with cross‑functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and build the annual budget. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Identify, execute, and support Performance Improvement Contribution (PIC) initiatives and contribute to cost‑saving practices. Complete special projects assigned by leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Minimum 3–5 years related Accounting/Finance experience; 5+ years preferred. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with computerized accounting applications. Benefits Competitive wages and flexible hours. Compensation Compensation Range: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00.
