Job Description Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator, Edison, NJ supporting Final Mile Delivery division. Responsibilities Administer pre delivery confirmations Monitor contractor COI's Provide real time route support for drivers Schedule deliveries Provide support to retail client and end user customers Support end of day logistics operations, and driver check in Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records Essential Functions Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
