Insight Global is seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications to join a healthcare operations client and sit hybrid onsite in Wilks-Barre, PA (predominantly remote). This individual will be responsible for leading the overall marketing, communications, and brand strategy across multiple business lines, ensuring a consistent and recognizable market presence. They will own both strategic planning and hands-on execution, developing campaigns, thought leadership content, pursuit materials, and communications initiatives that support business growth and strengthen brand awareness. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership, business development, account management, operations, legal, and medical review teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and client needs. This individual will oversee external communications, media relations, internal communications, events, and regulatory-focused marketing initiatives while helping position the organization as a trusted authority within a highly regulated healthcare environment. They will also lead and develop a small multidisciplinary marketing team, manage agency relationships, oversee the marketing budget, and establish performance metrics that demonstrate marketing's contribution to business outcomes. This role requires a player-coach leader who can balance strategic direction with execution while helping scale and mature the marketing function as the organization continues to grow.
