Seasonal Benefits Associate

Providing support for benefit inquiries, the full-time Seasonal Benefits Associate will interface with members and internal resources to guide them through benefit plan options, answer calls, and assist with open enrollment issues in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries regarding benefit plans and options Provide guidance on open enrollment issues and assist members in navigating their benefit choices Document benefit issues thoroughly and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Required qualifications High School Degree or GED required; an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred Minimum of one year of customer service, healthcare, or employee benefits experience required Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required Ability to pass standardized testing and interviews Preferred knowledge of COBRA, Medicare, and various health plans
