Analytical and organizational skills are essential. The Registered Nurse must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Acts as Charge RN if one is unavailable. Description: Float Pool Med Surg position available. Number of beds on the unit is unspecified. Patient ratios are 1:5. Must float as needed; this requirement is non-negotiable.
