You'll partner closely with the SVP of Delivery and own the end-to-end health of NLS project and program delivery, from methodology and staffing to KPIs, budget, and client outcomes.If you thrive as a trusted advisor, love building high-performing teams, and are ready to shape the future of delivery at a Duck Creek Partner of the Year, we'd love to meet you!*We know you care about benefits and perks, so feel free to scroll down to that section, and then scroll back up to learn more about this role.What You'll Do:Own accountability for the performance, quality, and delivery outcomes of the PMO and Delivery Lead departmentsDirectly lead, coach, and evaluate PMO leaders and Delivery Leads through strategic direction, mentorship, and performance managementPartner with the SVP of Delivery and other NLS leaders to set and execute annual strategic goals for both departmentsServe as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning solutions to business objectives and influencing key decisionsOwn PMO strategy, including staffing model, resourcing, and methodology standards (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall)Ensure the NLS Delivery Assurance Program (iDAP) and NLS Project Playbook are adapted to every implementation type, platform, and SOW structure, and that both are consistently followedDevelop, monitor, and report enterprise-level KPIs and delivery metrics, turning trends into action plansManage the combined PMO and Delivery Lead budget to keep finances healthy and resources well allocatedResolve escalated delivery risks and act as the executive escalation point for high-priority, complex engagementsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation, including the adoption of AI and emerging toolsLead succession planning, talent development, and the 360-degree feedback process for department leadershipPartner with sales, account management, and delivery leadership to align resourcing, pipeline, and project outcomesRepresent PMO and Delivery in growth initiatives, pre-sales support, and strategic partner discussions, including the Duck Creek partner programEnsure delivery practices align with data privacy, security, and compliance standardsDrive the interview, onboarding, and training strategy for the PMO and Delivery Lead leadership pipelineWhat You'll Bring:15+ years of experience in the technology services industry, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple teams or departmentsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)Proven track record leading both project/program delivery and delivery quality or governance functionsExperience managing budgets of $10M+ and enterprise-level KPI or reporting programsDeep understanding of project management methodologies and delivery governance frameworksAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including MSP) and JIRA, ADO, or similar delivery toolsStrong analytical and risk management skills, with the ability to turn KPI and iDAP data into actionable strategyExecutive-level communication and presentation skills with senior leadership, clients, and strategic partnersStrong leadership, coaching, and team development experience across multiple layers of managementA servant leadership mindset and the highest degree of honesty and integrityA results-driven approach and a strong aptitude for leading change at the organizational levelCertification in at least four project management areas (CSM, ACP, PMP, SAFe, etc.) preferredDuck Creek Technologies and Property & Casualty Insurance delivery experience strongly preferredAbility to work outside primary hours (Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM local time) and travel as neededLocation: Remote, or in one of our offices in Springfield, MO or Puerto RicoWhy join NLS?Bring your authentic self to the Next Level Solutions team!
