Per Diem Neonatal Hospitalist PositionPer diem Neonatal Hospitalist position in Fort Myers, FL!ResponsibilitiesPediatrix® Medical Group seeks an experienced, Board Certified (in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience) to provide per diem coverage at Golisano Children's Hospital in Ft Myers, Florida. The hospital's NICU offers:State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICUThe health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per yearCape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery servicePrimary responsibilities include managing Level II NICU patients (not responsible for attending high risk deleiveries)All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage24-hour NNP coverageTeam of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPsWe value a team-approach toward care, in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unitOur core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growthShifts are 6-8 hours (varies regarding daily census and case complexity)QualificationsBoard Certification in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience requiredActive FL license or active IMLC requiredBenefits and CompensationOur clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.
