Family Concierge/Liaison
Full Time
Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Family Liaison with strong customer service backgrounds to work as part of the dedicated team of professionals in Social Work.
As a Family Concierge, you will perform rounds of the facility, greeting families and offering assistance where needed. A key point of contact for the families visiting Parker Jewish Institute, you will serve as a liaison between the family, the patient/resident, and the rest of the care team.

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, conveniently located on the Queens-Nassau County border in New Hyde Park, New York, is a non-profit health care facility that offers inpatient programs such as sub-acute/short term rehabilitation, long-term care and nursing home care, as well as community health services encompassing certified home health care and a comprehensive community hospice program that serves terminally ill patients in their own homes or in nursing facilities, including Parker's nursing home.

Position Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Prior experience working in a hospital, nursing home or healthcare background a plus
