Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to ensure top-quality service and operations.
• Manage all dining room systems including To-Go, Counter, Bar, and Kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and support centers.
• Develop and maintain schedules that balance labor goals with guest satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Manage inventory and ensure sufficient supplies for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of two years management experience, preferably in full-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to attract and retain talented team members.
• Excellent guest focus with the ability to create exceptional dining experiences.
• Financial acumen to meet sales growth, labor cost management, and staffing goals.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
