Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role Description

In this role, you will:

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data
• Write and ship minimal code that runs in low-resource environments, and has highly stringent deployment mechanisms
• Re-invent the wheel when necessary, as security and privacy are paramount
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques

Qualifications

• Have shipped (lots of) fullstack code (Python and React) in production
• Excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
• Strong coding abilities and comfortable working across the stack
• Built and deployed extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users
• Think like a product owner, asking "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?"
• Strong opinions on what makes a great user experience and willing to push back on designs or specs that don't serve the user
• Owned features end-to-end: from understanding the user problem, to shipping, to measuring impact
