Operations Manager

The Michael Klein Group, a premier short-term rental real estate team operating in the Pocono Mountains, is looking for an Operations Manager to own the backbone of our business. This is a hybrid position, offering a combination of in-office and remote work. We're looking for a strategic operator who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering with ownership to scale a business poised for significant growth. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based and Growth opportunitiesPaid Time Off Responsibilities: Lead and scale operations by building high-performing teams, systems, and processes. Develop scalable workflows, SOPs, and technology across multiple business lines. Oversee transactions, compliance, reporting, and operational performance. Partner with ownership to execute strategy and drive business growth. Foster accountability through hiring, coaching, and KPI management. Leverage data and technology to improve efficiency and decision-making. Qualifications: Operations leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused business. Proven success building scalable systems, processes, and workflows. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication with a high level of ownership and accountability. Proficient with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Real estate operations experience preferred; short-term rental or new construction experience is a plus. Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 base salary

Compensation:
$70,000-$100,000 per year
