This hands-on role focuses on process adjustments to ensure quality output and efficiency. Pay: $25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Flexible – 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available Set process parameters including temperature, pressure, timing, and cooling systems Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain part quality and cycle times Work closely with die setters and operators to support production goals Direct hire position – plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Workforce
